package_data

Format

An object of class tbl_df (inherits from tbl, data.frame) with 711 rows and 14 columns.

Details

package_id

The alphanumeric string that uniquely identifies a package of fish. Primary key to fish_field_data.

seine_id

Unique ID assigned to each seine conducted Foreign key to seine_data.

pkg_species

The species of fish within a package. SO = Sockeye, PI = Pink, CU = Chum, CO = Coho, HE = Herring, CK = Chinook

number_of_fish

Number of fish within a package

field_liced_status

Y = fish received lice enumeration in the field prior to packaging. N = lice enumeration had not been performed

pkg_time_out

Time the first fish of the package was taken out of the net and euthanized. Format: hh:mm:ss

pkg_time_dewar

Time the full package was placed in the dewar for preservation. Format: hh:mm:ss

pkg_comments

Notes regarding the contents or nature of the package
